Powerex is a leading provider of oil-free air compressors that are already used in laboratories, hospitals, and research facilities at ivy league schools. We specialize in supplying Class Zero air, which means our air compressors produce absolutely no oil contamination, ensuring the highest level of air purity for critical applications.

Oil-Free Air

Other options in the market that use oil-flooded compressors may reduce oil contamination by offering multiple disposable filters through frequent maintenance intervals. In contrast, our scroll compressors are intrinsically oil-free, which means Powerex scroll systems require zero filters and no oil changes, providing a hassle-free and cost-effective solution for gas generator applications.

We also offer air treatment packages for applications that require low dewpoints. Our systems come with refrigerated (38°F dew point) and desiccant dryer options (-40 to -94°F dew point) to meet various air quality requirements.

Powerex offers a wide range of products with flows ranging from 8.8 SCFM to 187.2 SCFM @ 100 PSI (249.19 L/min – 5,300.91 L/min), providing flexibility to choose the right compressor size for your specific needs.
